It's been announced that an Archdiocesan Day for Children's Liturgy Leaders is to take place in Edinburgh on 15 September
"The Children’s Liturgy is a wonderful way for local parishes to support parents, grandparents and guardians in raising their children in the Catholic faith," said Archbishop Leo Cushley, 23 July, "To give of one’s time and energy to facilitate the Children’s Liturgy within a parish is therefore an act of great generosity and faithfulness."
The Day for Children’s Liturgy Leaders will take place at the Gillis Centre in Edinburgh and will aim to bring together all those volunteers who run Children’s Liturgy in parishes across the Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh. The day will consist of training, guidance and support to help those who facilitate the Children’s Liturgy in parishes to become better catechists to our young people. It will begin at 11am and conclude at 3pm
