He is a Professor of Theology at St Mary’s University\, Twickenham\, former Rector of the Pontifical Beda College in Rome\, and a regular columnist for The Times. Among his works are Newman and the Gospel of Christ (1981) and John Henry Newman: A Mind Alive. \nEvent organised by the Edinburgh Circle of the Newman Association. \n
