Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.

Archbishop Cushley: 'keep the Sabbath holy'
Archbishop Leo Cushley is calling on Catholics in our Archdiocese to keep the Sabbath holy ahead of the first Sunday without public Mass.
He said: "As Catholics, the Sunday Eucharist is at the centre of who we are. It really goes against the grain for us to ask you not to come to Sunday Mass. But we can keep the Sabbath holy. It's an opportunity to set aside time to pray with your family, with a friend or on your own.
"You can watch Sunday Mass from your local parish if it offers an online stream, from Catholic media channels across the world, such as EWTN and Shalom World, or watch Sunday Mass celebrated by myself from St Bennet's at 9am on Facebook or our website (will be posted here)"
Archbishop Cushley is encouraging parishioners across the Archdiocese to get in touch with any questions by emailing askarchbishop@gmail.com
