Canva for Parishes: Getting Started

With Microsoft Publisher being retired later this year, many parishes are looking for a simple, effective way to create their weekly newsletter.

This session will introduce Canva, a free and easy-to-use design tool that can help you produce professional-looking materials in minutes.

In this live online workshop, we’ll walk through the basics step by step, including:

• How to access and set up Canva
• Demo of creating your parish newsletter
• Editing text, images, and layouts
• Saving, downloading, and reusing your designs

This is a demonstration-style session hosted by Matthew Meade, our Director of Communications, so you can watch and learn at your own pace.

There will be opportunities to ask questions, and a recording will be made available afterwards.
