The Archdiocesan Mass for the Feast of the Holy Innocents will be broadcast on our YouTube channel at 6:30pm on Monday 28 December.

Paul Atkin from the Archdiocesan Pro-Life Office said: “The original Mass was sold out at 50 persons. With tighter restrictions beginning on Boxing Day we decided the best way to reach the most people was to use the Archdiocesan YouTube channel instead.

"The Holy Innocents is the main pro-life feast of the year so moving Mass online means many more people can join our prayers for unborn children and their mothers.”

The Feast of the Holy Innocents arises from the description of King Herod's murder of many children under 2 years old to be sure the 'infant King of the Jews' announced by the Magi, would be no threat to him (Mt 2: 16-18).

Archbishop Cushley will be the celebrant at the Mass.
