The Director of Property for the Archdiocese of St Andrews & Edinburgh is Lorcan Mooney MRICS.

Lorcan is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who has worked extensively in real estate over the last 30 years. He has worked most recently at Abrdn/Standard Life Investments as a senior asset manager in their real estate department dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential property including sales, acquisitions, lettings, and developments across all property sector uses throughout the UK and continental Europe.

He has also worked in London for Chartwell Land Investments where he was responsible for a wide use range commercial portfolio. He completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and an IPF Diploma in Advanced Portfolio Management.
