Preparations continue for the sale of the Gillis Centre complex in Edinburgh following the announcement earlier this year that the site will be placed on the market. 

Since then, work has been taking place behind the scenes to prepare the complex for sale.

During this period, the Gillis Centre continues to operate as normal, with staff based on site and scheduled events taking place.

The next significant milestone is expected to be in September, when the complex is anticipated to be formally placed on the market.

As with any property transaction of this nature, timings may change, but this remains the current expectation. The sales process may take up to two years, possibly more.

The Archdiocese remains committed to keeping clergy and parishioners informed as the process progresses.
