The Edinburgh Seven Hills Pilgrimage is on Saturday 13 June and is organised by St Mary’s Cathedral.
It is approximately 26kilometres, taking in Castle Hill, Costorphine Hill, Craiglockhart Hill, Braid Hill, Blackford Hill, Arthur’s Seat, & Calton Hill.
Organiser and parishioner Sian Jones said: “Following the huge success of last year’s Lenten pilgrimage we return with the same route but a brand new spiritual journey.
“It takes in all seven hills of Edinburgh with dedicated prayer and a reflection at the top of each peak, led by Fr Jeremy Milne.
“This is your pilgrimage and the route has been planned so that it’s close to various bus routes along the city.
“So whether you want to join us for the full day or nip away at any point there are plenty of opportunities to get home by transportation.
“We set off at 9:00am, so bring your walking gear, a packed lunch, and most importantly – bring your faith, wherever you are in that journey.”
