In the Gospel (Matthew: 21:33-43) we are reminded of God’s great love for us all. Like the man who gave the vineyard to his tenants to look after, God has given us the earth and all that is in it. God also sent his son Jesus to show us how to live.
Today marks the end of the Season of Creation. Pope Francis highlighted it to show us that we are responsible for looking after the earth and all the animals, people and plants that are in it. Can you think of ways that we sometimes don’t take as good care of the earth as we should?
He made the world and everything in it. We are responsible for taking care of the world and all the creatures, peoples and natural resources in it and sharing God’s message of love.
